Bed was good and the price/quality was worth it.

Came from the recommendation of the Youtuber Angelica&Aileen Wanders; WOULDN’T recommend!! She seems to promote only places of their relatives or similiar because all here places where bad. It’s bad because of Gekkos, one in our room (woke up at 4am scared as the Gekko was so loud). Service personal was little bit weird. Air Conditioning didn‘t work and was pouring water from above. I told the man to bring a bin or towels so the water pouring would go there but I had to tell him twice to do it… very weird guy. Also insects A LOT in the bathroom… Moreover the guy at the reception asked us every time where we are going and what we are doing which was probably meant in a kind way (or he wanted to sell us some tour or something) but it was annoying. Then he also said that we could take a free breakfast for the air conditioner problem but that never happened… Didn’t receive a free breakfast. Also there was a CUT OFF blanket to sleep and the next day it was still there after cleaning the room… We just wanted to see if they remove it as we clearly placed it so the cleaner can see that it its cut off… Moreover there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN…

The staff was really friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The outside insect sounds that sounded like they were in my room.

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Pangkung ci siamo innamorati della struttura, a partire dal giardino super curato, alla piscina accogliente e infine la camera super attrezzata con tutto il necessario.

Merci au personnel avant tout, de A à Z. Toujours disponibles et attentionnés en toutes circonstances. Emplacement à l'écart du trafic d'Ubud, calme, lieu très reposant.

Des travaux la journée à côté, mais pas gênant le matin et fin de journée.

What a place Peaceful and quiet! Amazing huge garden with beautiful pool great little huts. Each has little kitchen. We were group if 9ppl for yoga retreat. We were looked after with great breakfast staff always around to help us. 10min from ubud on bike. You have nice little restos around to have dinner 2 waterfalls walking distance. Amazing place to relax chill enjoy the nature singing birds. Great value !

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mitten im Dschungel. Sehr ruhig und nur Tiergeräusche. Traumhafte Natur. Der Poolbereich war auch sehr schön. Da es generell nicht viele Bungalows gibt, war der Poolbereich immer sehr ruhig und nicht voll.

Von der Lage waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Auch wenn es mitten in der Natur sehr schön ist, muss man in die Stadt jedes mal eine halbe Stunde fahren. Bei dem ganzen Verkehr hat das leider viel Zeit geraubt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und freundlich, jedoch auch oft ziemlich langsam. Massage würden wir generell nicht empfehlen, da die Massagen im Zimmer auf dem Bett gemacht werden, was wir nicht besonders toll fanden.

Le calme, l'ambiance, le personnel charmant, disponible et aux petits soins. La piscine. La chambre.

Manque d'isolation des chambres, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. Peu d'eau chaude dans la douche. La douche un peu sale.
