"If I came again I’d avoid a Saturday if there was a wedding, and hope someone could take my case up"

I liked the room and the location

I didn’t like the loud music on Saturday night, why not put a wedding guest in a room above the music. I didn’t like no help with my luggage up numerous stairs.

The location is great and the staff are always friendly and polite

We have always been given a room right at the back of the hotel, overlooking the alley but perhaps that’s due to the room type we booked
