The bathroom facilities were not great. The water temperature in the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot and was very difficult to regulate making it impossible to shower after work and in the morning. This was reported to the reception team but no apology was given or compensation offered.

Good location for visiting area . Most of staff helpful and friendly

Noise from entertainment. This can be heard above anything else in the room . Ear plugs provided do not take a way the unpleasantness

Excellent location, apart from the market setting up at 5am on the Saturday morning right under my first floor window! Sounded like scaffolding being put up. Food was good and value for money.

Bedroom was a good size. However only one very old chair which was very uncomfortable. Have a problem with my back so need a decent chair rather than the bed to sit on. It was a double room...... Good size bathroom. Very clean but tired. WC did not flush easily. No accessible toiletries if having a bath - an elderly rainfall shower did not look usable did have wall based soap which was not reachable if sitting in the bath. A flannel would have been helpful.
