Very friendly and helpful staff; excellent location in middle of Northallerton High Street; splendid breakfasts (super porridge); room very clean and tided well every day.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the reception and breakfast staff.

Rooms dated, bed wasn’t very comfy. Breakfast was basic and a bit underwhelming

Had a bit of a issue with hot water in shower, plus the shower door was broken,but got it sorted in the end.

Rooms are dated and small compared to sister hotel the catch.
