I loved everything thing about this beautiful hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. Old building retaining it's authentic feeling. Food was excellent 👌 location was perfect for our visit and we were lucky enough to experience market day on the high street 😀

I was very impressed by the staff. All of whom I met were friendly and helpful. I had dinner on my first night in the restaurant. The choice on the menu was very comprehensive and my meal was delicious with a very generous portion. My room was comfortable and I slept well. There was a good selection at breakfast of both hot and cold food.

"Photos make the place look better than it Actually is!"

Location, Free Parking. Surprisingly the bed was Comfortable! Couldn’t hear any noise from the Street Market; or the setting up of it.

Staff Attitude was Poor! Extremely Dated (but I am Okay with that!). Our toilet was in a very poor state of repair!! The Commode was at quite an Angle!! The toilet floor was Not Even. Everything just covered up to look okay!! It was EXTREMELY HOT in the Bedroom! Windows had Restrictors; so could hardly open them! We could hear the noise of some Motor coming on from time to time; which was Loud!! No Lift! We Struggled taking our Large Suitcases up the stairs from a very long road trip! Had to pay for a family room (for 2 people) in order to get a King Size bed!

"Super friendly staff"

Staff were so friendly, and did everything they could to sort me a taxi (which is a nightmare in the area). Ended up sorting it out myself but the effort was much appreciated.
