La atención del personal es excelente, la ubicación está genial, queda muy cerca del centro, te dan información de absolutamente todo y son muy accesibles

La alberca, estaba muy sucia, y nos habían comentado que la irían a limpiar, pero eso no ocurrió

El hotel se comunico conmigo el día del hospedaje para decir que había existido una sobreventa, que había problema con la plataforma de booking y que tenían que cancelar la reservación. Me parece una desorganización de su parte y que metan en problemas a los usurarios al tener que hacer cambio de planes y logística en el último momento.

"Lovely boutique hotel"

Lovely little hotel in the very heart of Cuetzalan. It is nicely done up in a designer way and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We were contacted by WhatsApp before our arrival and asked if we needed any help with tours and sightseeing. As a result, we were able to plan everything in advance and made a great use of our time in Cuetzalan.

It said breakfast was included, but, in fact, only certain options were and the rest we still had to pay for.
