Hotel Boutique TEKALI INN

Excellent service, very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast with many options and a beautiful terrace with a view. Plenty of parking spaces.

The only reason to give 9 and not a 10 was the Wi-Fi working only 20% of the time.

Very comfortable, large rooms. Great location. Breakfast was provided and you had your choice of 5 options, all excellent!!

Very good Filling breakfast : Enchiladas or Omelet etc. nicely prepared comes with fruit, granola, sweet rolls, tortillas, juice free coffee refills ...this elevates the whole experience and served until noon ...nice TV with good selection of channels east to use remote ..

poky little room over entrance with tiny balcony ,could barely move chair to sit in balcony window ...VERY HARSH lighting and neglected to bring comp water and toilet paper ..staff rather indifferent ..not very friendly ..there are probably better choices in the town ..very hard to walk around village due to steep inclines .lots of stairs to breakfast room across street...no place to put toiletries in bathroom...its just a room.... BOUTIQUE is rather misleading

I did enjoy the attention and costumer service.

In my opinion prices are kind of high compared with similar options.

This is a very central hotel, in a fascinating and charming town. The staff were fantastic, and they had a great system of giving you a voucher for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. Parking was right beside the hotel. The downsides were that the wifi was very poor, and the towels were few and small. But the warmth of the welcome made up for it!

It is a very lovely accommodation, very clean at all times. The staff were always very friendly and helpful despite language difficulties. The hotel itself also offers tours, ours was very exciting and well organized.

The accommodation is unfortunately very noisy, you can hear everything inside the hotel and outside. Some rooms do not have windows. The staff don’t speak English, but you can't expect them to, as there are mainly Spanish-speaking tourists in Cuetzalan. Nevertheless, they were always very helpful and friendly.
