Quiet private room with fan & aircon, and an acceptable level of cleanliness for the price. Mosquito nets helped us avoid bites for the most part. The location was a short walk from Pantai Cenang Beach which was handy. There was a live band playing one of the nights which created a nice vibe in the main social area.

It was hit-and-miss whether we would be served if we sat in the main dining/social area, even if staff were present. Even if we went up to the main front counter to place an order or ask a question, staff would often not acknowledge us. When our order was taken, it was generally taken without a greeting or even a smile sometimes, which often made us feel like we were being an inconvenience placing any orders. Overall the service was poor to passable which for us is the main factor that brings the score down for this place. The bathroom was exposed to the outdoors which meant that mosquitos and bugs would be unavoidable in the bathroom particularly in the evenings when the bathroom light was on. The toilet did not always flush well and the beds were quite hard to sleep on.
