My stay was disappointing. The sheets and towels were not clean when we arrived. I requested clean towels, but no assistance was provided, considering the 9am to 3pm services for couples that the property offers, It was very uncomfortable having to sleep in those conditions. The facility also needs some maintenance and upgrading. The toilet seats are worn out, the shower heads need attention, and the ceilings is dirty. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement to provide guests with a comfortable experience.
