The sofa bed being a bit fragile . Could have had a chair in the double bedroom .

Ideal for our stay in York. House just as described & very comfortable & clean. Free parking outside house & an easy walk to city centre. Hosts gave very clear instructions, which made check-in etc very smooth. Would recommend.

House was spacious, clean. It's a traditional Victorian end terrace so has some quirks. Street was very quiet, York minster was around 5 minute walk so very convenient.
