The location

The lady during checkin was always in a hurry while addressing any query especially when we needed help with location. The food menu was not varied and was expensive, the breakfast with room was mostly cereals and bread. No kettle nor hot water for drinking. The room heaters weren't working. Super tiny bathrooms.

Location, staff, food, and the view. The hotel is excellent, and all the staff was terrific.

The limited hours of the cable car and the guest's need to pay for it should be included in the fees.

The location is just absolutely insane and the staff is extremely helpful.

We weren’t aware of the cable car schedule in advance of our stay which would have been helpful for planning our trip from the US to Krippenstein. Luckily we made the last cable car by 10 mins, but had we not made it, we would have been out of luck. Also, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable for us but that’s a personal preference and is subjective.
