Great location & friendly staff!!! When the day trippers are gone, I went to the nearby viewpoints. The next day, I went to 5 fingers to see the sunrise. Breathtaking! I had the place to myself! In here, mother nature is defo mothering! Make sure to check cable car timings when staying here 😉

amazing view from the room. young waiters super friendly and welcoming, people serving food and taking away also know hospitality.

hectic checkin as ppl where busy in restaurant, thats ok, challenging for customer as well since basic info was missed - a small one pager on the room can solve this. one person a bit to grumpy, kind of refuse to try speak english (is this a thing in Austria?!) - i get that its end of season but i pay €400 for one night and expect not to get this. i didn’t get the feeling they care for guests coming back - and they might not need to due to location but word travels…

The views are stunning. After the crowds leave for the day, it is very cozy up on top of the mountain. The staff was very helpful. Make sure you bring everything you need up the mountain with you. You have to pay each time you use the two gondolas up the mountain.
