Please note that the restaurant is opened from 6:30 to 9:30 am. Please note that most of the rooms are not handicapped accessible. 80% of rooms have stairs to get to them. Please note that this is a no smoking property, and television is not available. Villas Nicolas is committed to keeping our staff and guests covid free. Please be advised that as of September 1, 2021, we will require proof of a Covid vaccination prior to confirming all reservation requests. Each guest will be required to provide a scanned copy or photo of proof of vaccination prior to booking. "I would not stay here again."

Good location. The grounds are well maintained.

the owner?manager? only had hours 9-5:00. Had to check in/out within those hours. Had to request room cleaning a day in advance, which meant that we couldn't get our room cleaned (or our bathroom wastebasket emptied!!) while we were there. Very poor customer service.

Huge terrace with a view of the sea. It was very entertaining to watch the monkeys from the terrace. Cozy pool area. Friendly staff - thanks Dennys for your hospitality!

The host Dennys was so wonderful and greeted us every day. The small feel of the hotel is wonderful. Best of all is the constant wildlife sightings around the hotel. Monkeys sloths macaws toucans etc. wonderful!

Loved the resident wildlife- macaws and monkeys in the grounds, the beautiful gardens and laid-back, relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were smarter than they appeared online.

The long list of rules prior to arrival - but don’t be put off, it was at odds with the lovely welcome and relaxed nature of the place.

Paula, Denny's and Dunnio made us feel like we were special guests.....although they see sooooo.ooo.many. Terrace merging on forest meant we had wildlife visit us morning and evening. It was hard to leave the terrace in case we missed wildlife visit. On the terrace we were visited by white faced and squirrel monkeys. We saw ( and heard) howler monkeys, toucans, iguana ..sloth was our neighbor, macaw, yellow beaked toucan, birds galore! Drinks around the pool early eve :).after a busy day out and about..We selected ocean view We did a tour everyday,..early pick up... and the hotel could be the pick up point. Central location was excellent.

Repetitive fruit at bfast....eg could add avocado/.mango.as change?.........,care/ warmth/ welcome ...and cooked items and coffee were superb and perfect.
