The room was clean and warm. That was the only positive thing.

The staff does not speak English, the receptionist was very unprofessional with a defiant attitude. I was not informed about the parking spaces, I parked in front of the hotel and received a fine. Also the breakfast was very poor and cold. We did not receive a key from the main door of the hotel, having to look for another entrance.
