Piece full location. The property was well maintained. Seat out areas inside and outside room were good. Home made breakfast taste was really good. The in house caretaker and host staying far is really supportive.

No options to choose in breakfast. Only idly sambar was offered but unlimited which is good. We booked two rooms JJS n Sirisa both has interconnected door which sometimes feels inconvenience but manageable as we are family occupied both. The bathroom in JJS is tho narrow and the hitter(gyser) is on the way and too low tyat hitting your head every time you get in or get out. So be cautious while using bathroom

Good staff behaviour. Good location near sims park and tea factory.

Bathroom sink clogged. Water heater was too slow.
