Location is good

There is no privacy there.. price is very high. Property is not up to mark. Owner is arrogant

Rooms need renovation, the cottage is pretty small there is no sit out . The area is much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Owner behaviour was good enough from checking to checkout. He helped for booking auto/cab for local commute. Two lady care taker are there who takes care of home made food at reasonable cost if guest asks for. They prepares and serves hot at dining 🍽 area of the cottage. Location is awesome. At top of hill..and environment was very calm, soothing. For relaxing one or two days with friends or family at coonoor this property is recommended at budget cost.

Last minute they canceled my booking. And they said i booked another hotel for you so you can stay there and they asked extra money too

The room was good though mine didn't have a view. The location is good - near the excellent Cherrie Berrie cafe where I ate several times. You can get a bus into the centre from very nearby.

The owner wasn't around and the staff there didn't speak any english so I wasn't able to get local information or get any help organising activities - in a place like Conoor that would have been very useful. Breakfast was tasty but at fixed time so no good if you want to make an early start.
