outside the buzz of Connoor, a cosy place with very friendly family. I cannot complain about anything ...

The location is good and the view is good too. They maintain the room well. Food was good. Caretaker was helpful with home made delicious food

- Smoke (I was in outside room and people were smoking which smell came to our room). - hot water (there were issues with getting hot water) even normal water was not there for sometime so had to call the owner multiple times to resolve it - noise - since it’s wooden interior you can hear sound from outside - disturbance- at 1am someone was beating the door which scared us.

I like nothing over there, why because...they never gave me room, they denied my booking last minute even when it was showing active booking.

In last moment and that too at the peak time when all the properties were fully booked, we had too look for other hotel and there was no other hotel available that gateway coonoor whose 1 night rent was 26000. So, because of them we had to pay 26000 just to stay a night, Because JJS cottage left us without any option and either we would have slept on road or would have to spend 26000 rs.
