"Great base for Torres del Paine"

The staff was wonderful! Rented us hiking poles for Torres del Paine, had dinner ready within 30 mins of us arriving, and packed us a breakfast for our early morning checkout. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and functional, though a bit dated.

"Cosy bed and breakfast just outside the park with very friendly helpful staff"

Location just outside the park, cosy but very basic bedroom, lounge area, and the fact it served dinner if required.the staff were wonderful

Not the most attractive location opposite a burnt out building. Dinning area very small and no eggs at breakfast

We were stuck at the Chilean border, the roads in Argentina were closed and for one night we found this structure. In such a situation of emergency, the lodge was the perfect spot to relax and find good energy. Dinner was much appreciated as well, and the staff was great!

Die Lodge liegt günstig, um den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Wir haben auch an jedem Abend das leckere Abendessen genossen, es stehen mehrere Gerichte zur Auswahl. Schön war auch der Ofen im Zimmer. Der immer mollig warm war, wenn wir nach einem stürmuschen Tag zurückkamen.

Uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden die Lodge jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen dank nochmal an das gesamte Team.

"Es lo que hay"

Ofrecen cenas con platos abundantes y buenos. Preparan desayuno para llevar si deseas salir temprano. Camas bien equipadas (no pasamos frío durmiendo). Personal agradable.

Habitación muy fría, teníamos que dejar la puerta abierta para que entrara el calor de la estancia principal que si que estaba bien aclimatada. Deberían cambiar el tipo de cortina del ventanal ya que no cubre bien la entrada de luz. Desayuno demasiado básico para el precio del alojamiento. Precio abusivo para lo que realmente ofrece. Aunque es la práctica habitual del lugar trabajar con precios excesivos por estar cerca del parque nacional Torres del Paine.

"Si no hay otro remedio"

Ubicación para nuestros propósitos (cerca del paso fronterizo y buena entrada al parque torres del Paine). Por lo demás en lugar no tiene ningún interés. Estaba limpio. Desayuno bien.

No hay agua caliente, precio (aunque coherente con la locura de la zona) desorbitado. Personal eficiente cero empatia. Hacen su trabajo y punto.
