Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, laut, konnte kein Fenster öffnen, sehr bescheiden

It is a very nice place and you instantly feel at home. The staff is very friendly and tries everything to make you feel welcome. Food is nice.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was sometimes annoying that they did not clean the room in betweens or empty the trash cans in betweens. We had to do that ourself 2 times (the trash cans were really tiny). And it was a bit noisie.

Vriendelijk personeel en een perfecte locatie.

We hadden een 3 persoonskamer geboekt en kregen een 2 persoonskamer, deze was de helft zo groot. Toen we hier, later, iets over zeiden werd er aan gegeven dat de 3 persoonskamer een kleinere badkamer had en de prijs van alle kamers waren hetzelfde. Harde smalle bedden.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Definitely recommend eating dinner as all the meals were amazing.

It is a reasonable drive to park entrance.

The coziest stay we could have wished for after a long trek.

I hope the renovate they A/C units soon because they couldn’t quite keep the outside cold away inside the bedroom.

Very good location to visit the northern part of Torres del Paine (1 hour drive from Mirador base Torres trailhead). Cerro Castillo is a tiny village but the hotel offers dinner. We enjoyed our stay.
