"Great location, lots of space, very accommodating staff"

Staff were very friendly and accommodating all our needs, the beds had heating mattress which was amazing having in mind we came from Bolivia and were quite cold and the nights in San Pedro get very cold as well.

The only point is that there was no hot water in our room but the adjacent kids room had so it wasn't big problem.

Esta cerca del centro.. Llegas en 5 minutos caminando

Para el valor comparado con otros lugares cercanos al centro.. Es helado el domo.. El agua salia tibia.

Me gustó mucho la atención de la anfitriona, siempre preocupada de cada detalle y responder mis consultas antes de nuestra llegada. Destaco a Kelly quien era la persona de recibirnos en el lugar, también muy preocupada, amable y siempre atenta a si necesitábamos alguna cosa.

Estuvimos en dos tipos de domo diferentes, el segundo mucho mejor que el que se nos ofreció inicialmente.

El horario de desayuno termina a las 9:30 am, muy temprano si uno está de vacaciones, además las opciones eran muy acotadas y repetitivas (lo mismo todos los dias) y la persona que atendía en la cocina tenía mala actitud, esperaba que las personas se fueran pronto y no había lo necesario para poder desayunar (tazas o cubiertos, lo básico) teniendo que pedírselo a esta misma persona.
