Very comfortable bed!

We chose this hotel for the experience of staying in a dome, but unfortunately this hotel is poorly kept. Old bathroom, with broken things (floor, bathroom closet, mold in the ceiling). The dome itself is poorly kept, needs a lot of maintenance inside... Breakfast is simple. Located around 15 min from Caracoles.

Encontrar el baño sin candado y tener que solicitarlo para que no lo ocupen, se podría limpiar la ventana del domo para disfrutar la vista

As camas eram aquecidas, e o quarto e o banheiro eram muito bons, com bastante espaço

O atendimento na recepção é ótimo, mas o pré-atendimento pelo WhatsApp não me agradou. Além disso, fiquei preso em La Paz (protestos) e tentei solicitar o cancelamento da reserva para remarcar em outras datas, mas eles simplesmente recusaram a solicitação pelo Booking. Perdi 3 noites. Em um dos dias fui tomar café da manhã um pouco mais tarde e não tinha ninguém na cozinha.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro, a unos 10 minutos caminando. A un par de cuadras hay un minimarket, lo que es súper práctico. La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre atentos y con la mejor disposición para ayudar en lo que se necesitara. El desayuno estaba bien y, si tienes que salir temprano para algún tour, te preparan un snack para llevar. En general, una muy buena estadía, totalmente recomendable.
