"A bit of paradise"

The room is on the beach, waking up directly with the sea, it's so beautiful. The rooms are nice and comfy. The owners and staff are really friendly and welcoming. The place is calm, we only hear the sound of the waves. No far away there is some temples to visit and a small village, it's very nice.

"Tranquility by the sea and great food too."

The Lodge is an absolute gem of a place to stay. It is right on the beach with beautiful views. It is tranquil day and night. They only have a few rooms so early booking is essential. We wanted to stay for three nights but, sadly, only one night was available. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Lodge has a lovely restaurant specializing in German food but Thai food is also available. The food was delicious and eating by the beach was a wonderful experience. Easy listening sounds of the 70s were a perfect soundtrack for a beautiful evening. The owners were kind, courteous and very helpful. The Thai staff were charming too. It is perfect for a short stay but honestly, we would stay for a month, if we could.

"Fantastic location for a beautiful beach in basic accommodation."

The location right on beach, owners were friendly, and food was good.

There was nowhere to hang clothes, bed wasn’t comfortable and no changing of sheets in 4 days!

There are resident dogs in the hotel, breakfast was nice, homely atmosphere with many guests seemed to be friends of the owners, restaurant with German dishes on site where we tried really delicious (and absolutely enormous) schnitzel. Right next to the beach with lovely sand
