good location not far from Hua Hin city center. Property close to the beach which is quite. The owner and general staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t try the food but I’m sure that must be incredible judged from all table in the restaurant were fully seated. The view from my room was amazing, u will see the sunrise from your window. We will come back for sure.

nothing but just to FYI this place may not good if you are allergic to smoke and also the room was not sound proof. You can hear people talking and doing things but after midnight everything was quiet.

We spent 1 one night is this super pet friendly hotel. We loved the fact our baby furry boy was so spoiled. Michael and his wife, all the the staff were very friendly :) We had dinner at their restaurant and it was great too. And the fact you are right on the beach, made it even better. Our kids had a great time also playing in and out on the sand.

the only thing I could think of was thatch’s was a little further then we thought from town, this is both good because its nice and quiet but going to town takes a bit of time, the owners are very helpful getting a cab.

shabby chic , casual and genuinely friendly staff. you step onto the beach and see incredible scenery… Buddhist temple , colourful fishing boats and children playing football. it’s not five star but it’s authenticity beautiful.

Anya & Michael were terrific hosts and their team were great too. We loved the location, right on the beach. A short walk to The Big Buddah and short Taxi ride into Hua Hin City.

The location is perfect and the shabby chic beach style of the room was also lovely. I had the room with the huge balcony and I put up with the room not being cleaned at this price point for the view and the right on the beach experience. I can even put up with the genius breakfast not being provided for the view. I can even put up with a leaking tap and sink which apparently couldn't be fixed during the time I stayed there and both times I asked about it, I was told that the resto was too busy for them to check it. I can even ask for a brush to sweep the sand from my room. But in the end I checked out a day early. It felt like the guests are a nuisance and the resto is the priority. It was super busy with Germans all day and evening, and the German menu was interesting and the food good. Go for the good, just don't stay there.

I knew the room I booked is over the little resto. I expected some noise of course. It was relentless. I didn't expect pumping base music all day long. At one point the wooden walls of my room were vibrating. They have a huge TV in the resto which someone sat watching until 2.30am...the next night noisy chatter until 12.30am. The 3rd night, when the resto was closed, the owners sat drinking and talking until after 2am. I asked if they could keeput down a bit and was dismissed with a wave of a hand. No apology. I don't find this acceptable and moved somewhere else the next day. Breakfast...the first morning I was told at 9.30am that the owner wasn't back from the market so there was only fruit. The rest was closed for the next 2 days and despite to owners being there with the TV on loud again but no breakfast. Also the way the owner speaks to his staff is horrific, and I can't support such bullying. It's a poisoned paradise.

the friendly and kind staff who were respectful and considerate of our needs. The location is perfect, family and dog friendly and good access to the sea. good range of food and drinks which are freshly sourced and prepared.

big balcony that have the beautiful sea view

facilities is basic, a/c room, bed & bathrooms, TV, kettle- no fridge in the room - still light so not for someone who need a blackout room to sleep. For the rate we paid, I think 80% for the sake of the view and atmosphere of old house by the beach. Breakfast not included, it's ok. Thus it won't be fair to give a review if you haven't tried the food yet, so I have no comments for their restaurant but it looks nice & cozy. Also 10am check out is quite early but the owner is kind to let me stay for a bit longer, Thanks for that.
