The place is fine

After my ferry was cancelled and I missed my first night, the staff refused a direct refund and told me to coordinate through Booking.com. However, it has been two weeks and they have ignored all outreach from both myself and the booking platform. To make matters worse, the rooms offer very little privacy. The walls are paper-thin; I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone audio and snoring throughout the night. Between the poor soundproofing and the non-existent customer service, I cannot recommend staying here.

The toilet was mess, it was right next to a main busy road, wild animals cats and insects kept getting in at night and I got food poisoning from the pancakes which took me out of action for 4 to 5 days

Il nostro soggiorno é stato davvero terribile. La struttura è molto bella e rinomata ma sicuramente non per le opzioni “budget” chi si ritrova in una di queste opzioni avrà un soggiorno da incubo, per noi il peggiore in 3 settimane nelle Filippine. Abbiamo Alzato il budget per questa struttura che si presenta molto bene in foto, ritrovandoci con un bagno condiviso mai pulito in due giorni, la stanza con un generatore di corrente proprio di fronte alla finestra, le termiti che mangiavano lentamente le pareti della stanza (quindi anche a rischio crollo) i tir e le moto che grazie ad una deviazione passano direttamente davanti alle stanze, che non avendo il vetro alle finestre potrete sentire a tutte le ore della notte. Ovviamente zero privacy, le pareti sono finissime e potete tranquillamente ascoltare cosa sussurrano le persone nelle altre stanze.

Non abbiamo chiuso occhio per due giorni, doccia fredda (e fin qui possiamo anche starci..) il bagno pieno di formiche e vermi. Questa struttura era sicuramente rinomata un tempo (la conoscono tutti) ma vi assicuriamo, da viaggiatori senza troppe pretese che questo posto costa troppo per quello che offre e la posizione inoltre se venite con un ferry da balbagon è molto scomoda e vi costerà 500p per arrivarci anche provando a contrattare.

Ben les demoiselles étaient accueillantes mais les messieurs donnent l impression qu ont les embêtes royalement. Pas de réponses a nos questions comme souvent. Désolé s ils doivent travailler nous aussi apres les vacances ont travaillent...

Good location if you're going to get a boat to Mantigue Island. Amazing view of the lagoon! They have a restaurant if you want to eat before or after seeing the sights, but you can't cook stuff yourself.

Steep stairs just for checking in or eating at their restaurant.

El personal es muy amable

No pasamos ni una noche ahí porque cuando llegamos nos encontramos con que el baño era compartido, cosa que no leímos bien o algo pasó porque siempre le damos click al filtro de "baño privado". El problema es que el baño estaba asqueroso. No digo que fuera culpa de los del hotel, pero no tenia tapa para sentarse y estaba lleno de pis. Así que pedimos que nos cambiaran, pagando la diferencia, a una habitación con baño. Estaba un poco mejor pero el suelo y la cama estaban infestados de huevos de termitas. Nos dijeron que era normal porque la cabaña era de bambú pero no se, no cuesta nada barrer. Y lo que finalmente nos hizo uhir de ahí fué una araña emorne pero enorme que habia en el baño sumada a las dos ratas que vimos caminando por la parte de arriba y una cucharacha tamaño XXL debajo de la cama.
