The room is quite big didn't expect the extra bed. Water was always hot in my room though my cuz in room 10 complaint about hot water in his room

The pool wasn't clean and from my cuz experience their room 10 had no amenities

No Restaurant as advertised so we had to travel back into town. We were tired and specifically filtered a place with onsite restaurant.

I received a message from Kameelboom lodge indicating that I should check in and provide dietary requirements. However, once I arrived, they said they do not receive messages via booking.com - which is obviously nonsense. Thereafter, they showed me messages via booking.com on their computer. I was not able to resolve this issue with them. This remains very concerning for me as I use booking.com because it is a secure platform. I was also attacked for bringing my 2 dogs with. I only booked this accommodation because it is listed as pet friendly on booking.com Other clients on the premises played music loudly the entire time until 10pm. This is despite kamelboom lodge indicating to me that the policy is no music after 8pm. The host was easily frazzled and unable to deal with situations / queries, constantly providing her personal emotional explanation instead of communicating clearly, acting as a representation of kameelboom lodge by responding to policy and handling issues. There were just a few sheets of paper on a toilet roll provided for 3 people... One of the lights in the room was not working and the other light was dim.
