For foreign guests, they must present the original passport. Minors must present a Civil Registry document proving familiarity. "Playa baja vs Playa alta. Humillación total."

Las instalaciones son bonitas.

La relación precio calidad no está ni cerca. Un hotel con instalaciones lindas, pero te cobran 150mil adicionales por persona si quieres usar la piscina, 50 mil si quieres usar la “playa” privada. Te permiten usar la chimenea, pero se debe pagar adicional por prenderla, te cobran adicional limpiar la habitación. Realmente es decepcionante venir a vivir una experiencia y tener cuidado de respirar porque todo lo cobran. Nos sentimos humillados cuando quisimos acercarnos a tomar una foto en las vistas en la piscina, indicándonos de manera displicente y despectiva que no teníamos acceso, con lo cual no podíamos siquiera acercarnos a tomar una foto. Al parecer el dinero que pagamos por la cabaña no es suficiente para los administradores del hotel porque somos “pocos dignos”
