They cancelled on us on the same day of checking in

They didn’t refund me my money

The owner was rude and I would never advise anyone to book here

They are doing false advertisement and when I asked for a refund, they said it non refundable

I loved the tipees, the staff are polite and very friendly. They are helpful and the area is safe

The bed sponge and was really uncomfortable, I expected more comfort. The cafe is on site and has all amneties and friendly staff

To rate this place 1, it is only exceptional. I really had the worst experience in this place. Tap water was dirty, no food service, stuff were not available. The person I found there, was drunk dancing with girls, did not even assist anyhow. I had to go back to my place because the experience was the worst. They don't answer your calls. Even today, they haven't answered me, so unfortunate that I always hear great things about this place, but I can't say the same.
