Breakfast was good but not filling at all had to order extra meals. Located at a very nice place but they could do more services wise

Notify visitors about the R45 entrance fee at the main gate. Pay more attention to visitors by the dome tents, we had to build our own fire after asking numerous times. Fix the lighting by the dome tents.

I loved everything about the place,atmosphere, staff was friendly,I loved the bonfire.

Brekkie was presented very nicely and it tasted good. It was also fulfilling. Their cappucino was to die for🙂. The walk in the forest was a great experience and it the waterfall so refreshing. The bon fire experience was a wow, sharing the fire side with 5 diverse families, laughing at simple things whilst relaxing.

The floors in our tents could've been swept and beds dusted. Toilets were a bit dirty. Showers were dirty and their floor wet, a rubber mat would've made me feel more relaxed as i was afraid of slippery floor after the shower. The hooks on the doors were broken and the locks on some shower doors were not working.

The stuff was realy nice towards us but the manager kept us waiting for quite some time for her to show us our Tents and we only found out that we were allocated to Dome tents which is something that wasn't mentioned in the important information about the place or our booking.

The bedding was dirty and the tent itself. The food was too little as if it is made for kids and also the toilets are a bit too far from where we were allocated but on bookings.com it says we have our private toilet or something like ensuite.

Maria❤ 😇 was very good in making sure that the place is truly inviting, we appreciate the time and effort she puts into making our stay comfortable in gibaland, her kindness will never be forgoten, food was nice thanx to the ladies who were in the kitchen they did an amazing job enjoyed everything that was served.

They had an event music was loud till the morning, they shouldn't have opened bookings for camping cause it was little bit chaotic. transport 😏 we couldn't find an uber.
