The toilet was stinking and the room was not clean

Basic, clean and comfortable

The check in process was quite slow. This is only a minor complaint. The hot water was scaldingly hot. Noisy place.

1. No staff 2. Creepy sounds at night time outside my door 3. My window didn’t close 4. Looks like blood stains in my shower 5. Stuff from previous still in the room 6. Floor was dirty and tv didn’t work 7. House keeping man came in my room after me getting there 2 hours and he didn’t knock I was sleeping and he just showed up inside my room and couldn’t understand me (I’m English ). 8. Noisy neighbourhood (it’s in a council estate with rough people). 9. Plug sockets didn’t work only 1 worked out of the entire room which has 10 pug sockets. 10. No soap ? For a hotel that is very poor not worth 70 pounds 11. Dull lights no air conditioning 12. Had me wait outside to ring a number to be let in although I already had requested early access so that was there fault on their behalf. 13. Overall creepy and abandoned hotel that doesn’t offer any drinks or food doesn’t even have a fending machine. 14. Mugs were dirty so I couldn’t even drink out of them if I even wanted to. 15. Stains on wall and ceiling as if it hasn’t been painted sense 1916 16. As a girl teenager I wouldn’t recommend any female especially to stay here if you don’t like Jeffrey dahmer vibes :)

It was close to where we wanted to go as we were picking daughter up from university. Ideal having a shop two doors away..

The walls seem quite thin, you can hear people talking outside in the hallway..
