El sitio donde esta ubicado es una maravilla, estas en plena selva, la habitación, baño, porche y piscina son excelentes. El personal muy amable y preocupándose de que tengamos una buena estancia. El desayuno, comida y cena buenísimos, Felicidades al chef.

La humedad que había, terrible, si es posible recomiendo poner cristalera además de las mosquiteras.

Incredible luxury immersion in nature. Extremely well designed, beautiful property and interiors. So much nature viewing while on the property. Proximity to the river is incredible. At all hours and in all weather there is so much life and natural beauty all around you. The sounds of nature are immersive. I loved that there were no windows and only screens in the bungalow. This added to the experience for me. Rafting in and out was incredible, especially going out. Saw so many different birds and the beauty of the river is unforgettable. The food was also exceptional, beautifully presented, very fresh, and textures and flavors were on par with any high end restaurant in the city. The masseuse at the spa is extremely talented. The naturalists and guides are knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Even the drivers to and from San Jose were a complete joy.

The concierge had a very odd and off putting disposition. Unprofessional and lacked the competence and relational skills expected for being the front face of such a high end experience in all other ways. This was surprising. Fortunately there is not much interaction with her, and the professionalism and skill of all the other staff more than made up for it.

Fabulous hotel situated in the remote rainforest but with luxurious comforts and great food. Activities were excellent and well organised.

Beautiful lodge in the middle of the rainforest. The activities were fun especially zip-lining and canyoning. Giavani and Eric the guides were amazing!

It rains all the time!
