Poas Volcano Observatory Lodge & Glamping

We stayed here for the first night of our trip mid-October and absolutely loved it! The Dome, view, and property far exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were so kind and accommodating as well! We had dinner in our room, a comfortable nights rest (used a space heater in the eve), and explored on foot in the morning. The location is very ideal for that (nice shops nearby) as well as for visiting the Poas Volcano. Our 6-year old loved the whole experience, especially all the nature, the morning walk, and swinging. It really was the perfect start to our trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

Lo único malo de este sitio es que en Octubre hace mucho frío en dentro aunque el hombre muy amable por 5$ ne presto un calentador! Pero no tenían mucho potencia así que pasamos un poco de frío!

Afuera todos los detalles, el sendero etc

Creo que le faltaba muchos detalles , las cabañas no se veía transparente pues creo hay que darle mantenimiento, por otro lado creo que el alquiler del calentador era demasiado por el precio del lugar deberían prestarlo gratis como en otros sitios , e incluso hasta desayuno. Mi humilde opinión porque si hacía mucho frío.

La atención y gentileza de los dueños. La experiencia fue única, una casa de campaña de lujo. La comida y la guía y apoyo sobre los alrededores excelente, siempre muy pendientes de nosotros. Gracias.

No tengo áreas que no me hayan gustado. Todo bien.

Beautiful property. Nice hiking trail. Sloth cabin does not have heat, I don’t think the domes do either, but bed had plenty of blankets, once in bed warmth is no issue. Very friendly and accommodating host. Super close to Volcan Poas.
