Villas Valle Bello

We had a wonderful stay. Rolando and his wife were very accommodating and made us feel at ease from the first moment on. They even made us a tea with herbs from their own garden. The view from the balcony is amazing! However, the path to the villa is quite adventurous- especially if you are coming from Turrialba! A 4x4 is highly recommended. We extend our stay as we loved it there. We highly recommend staying at Villas Valle Bello!

Nothing to complain about!

This is an AMAZING place to stay and the staff are the ones who make it perfect! They are the real charm of the place, without them this place wouldnt be as welcoming and charming as it is! A huge thank you to both of them

The way there, there is nooooo way for you to get there if you dont have a 4x4, it is impossible to go by any other means of transportation or a sedan car

Rolando the caretaker and his wife are the friendliest of people. They really make you feel like family. The view from the villa is what is called a million dollar view. This may not be a five star hotel, or even a four star, but what do you expect for this money. We've stayed at such places during our trip in Costa Rica, but this was by far the best.

Nothing, but I do have a caution: Don't even try to get here without at least a small 4x4. You will damage your car otherwise.

Quiet place, garden with some birds and great view

Road might be difficult for some drivers or for some cars. Bad road and quite steep.

Beautiful place in the middle of the mountains, the roads are hard to get to, but the nature up there is reimbursing you with a lot of great birds with a view over The Valley.

The owner was the kindest person, came by and brought us fresh bananas from the garden. it was great to stay there on our road trip.

A huge and very comfortable bed, large bathroom, lovely owners and breathtaking views. Very highly recommended, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible location (the road needs some getting used to!) The vista magnifico, the insects at night, and of course Rolando y Elliot the marvellous hosts who took us in and treated us so well. We wish we stayed longer
