Terra Luna Lodge

We loved our stay at the lodge. Surrounded by nature and a well maintained property. Incredible rooms - breakfast and dinner was delicious. Definitely, will return again. The pictures in the description, don’t do it justice. The staff ready to help you. We had a welcomed drink- so good!

Our upgrade

The Location. Down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. The pool area is very run down and just 1 sun lounger. The pool towels are very poor quality. Our room was exceptional with views on to the Rain Forest. Everything you need and very clean. Dinner was a disaster, we had to pre book our choice of food 2 hours before as they were booked out. We arrived at our chosen time. The restaurant was empty, we sat for 10 minutes without any severce. No what would you like to drink, etc. Our food was served. I got my own glasses and water. No salt and pepper. My steak was raw, asking for medium and the chips were cold. My wifes prawns were tottaly over cooked and unedable.. A total waste of time and money. Luckily we had crisps in our room so we did not starve.

The lodge was awesome. The staff was really helpful . I personal recommend this . Thank you for all you did to us. See you soon.

I liked everything

Room was lovely, staff and hotel dog were great and really helpful. The views were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

It’s not walking distance from the town, so we did have to get taxis everywhere.

I loved this place I highly recommend don’t skip the tour of the property
