"Excellent value in the jungle"

The property is outside of town in a rule area, which is great. It also has a lot of facilities, including a pool in a restaurant. The staff worked very hard to address some of our dissatisfactions, and even gave us a upgraded room on our third night, which was the first night that they could accommodate that. They provided us with a wonderful referral to a tour company that was fantastic, providing us with Private Tours into Private lands. Check out AMA tours

The room we originally booked, did not have a sitting area which was advertised in the listing. It seemed that all the other guess got a private tour to introduce them to the property but somehow we were overlooked.

"Beautiful setting and excellent staff!!"

Beautiful setting and the bungalow was perfect for our family of six (they brought in an extra bed for us)! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and content. We were especially impressed with Daniel, Suyú, and Sara. The restaurant was great and the air conditioning was really nice. Beautiful grounds!

The location was a bit hard to access, roads weren't great.
