Clean and very cute room, decorated with nice colours, two nights stands and bed rugs. The stuff were very helpful, and we had a spot for our car, near the little garden. Very recommended if you're staying in Teotitlan del Valle. It's also a much better value for money compared to another place we stayed in here.

There wasn't hot water the day we were there :/

Location on the edge of central area, about 5 mins walk.Staff helpful and pleasant, carpet etc. shop on the premises. Nice clean room

Teocalli is a weaving village and that is its focus, there are limited alternatives however it is only a bus ride away from nearby attractions..

Stayed at the lovely Teocalli Hotel a few months ago looking for a quiet get away from the city. Really wonderful place, nice ambiance, good prices and very accommodating people, thanks to Alejandro and his wife Malu. Highly recommended and will return again soon.

Although Teotitlán Del Valle is only 30 minutes from Oaxaca, it is a great place to spend the night to get a better sense of small-town life. Beyond the rugs, there are candle studios and a great local morning market on the day we were there. Teocalli is a wonderful place to stay. Only a year old, the rooms are new, clean and comfortable. The water was hot and breakfast delicious, especially the coffee! English is spoken, which is not so common outside the city, if that is helpful.

We stayed during Day of the Dead. Rooms are simple but adequately furnished and with excellent plumbing. The family are very hospitable and helpful. The cleaning staff kept re-packing our bags from what we'd left out on tables. Odd but kinda sweet as they were clearly concerned for our well being. Enjoyed our stay - will come back again
