Huang Mountain Wangfeng Hotel

The location of the hotel is great if you want to go on a hike to the Huangshan mountain. The staff is very helpful, they arranged a shuttle for us to get to the hotel for a very reasonable price and also helped us hire a car to see different venues. They were also very friendly, kind and did everything they could to help us have a great stay. On the first day, they showed us a map with different trails on the mountain and what can we do up there.

The owner was kind enough to fetch me at the station (for a reasonaable fee) and took me back there to catch my train. Exceedingly convenient. The family/staff were quit hospitable. The hotel is located at a short walking distance from the entrance to the park.

Not much really. Plenty of eating options but no western breakfast or bread anywhere. Fortunately I found some 油条 （churros-like).

1. LOCATION - 7 min walk to the entrance of Huangshan park 2. STAFF - The owner and the family were extremely nice! Helped us arrange transport to train station, how to plan our hikes, where to eat, etc. 3. ROOMS - great value for money, we did not expect our stay to be as comfortable for the price

As a family-run hotel, the service was personal and attentive. The location was absolutely perfect - the bigger and more expensive hotels are further away from the mountain and offer no view of it, and while they offer shuttle services up, the short walk to the mountain is a great experience in and of itself. The owner helped us book a shuttle from the train station to the hotel as well. The rooms were recently renovated when we stayed, with a nice shower stall (which was necessary after the mountain climbing!) and comfortable beds. All amenities one would generally need are included. While there is no elevator, there are only a few floors and the owner carries the luggage up. For the price, an excellent choice.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean. The host is nice and helpful. Downstairs under the accommodation, the host has a shop where you can shop basic things as rainy coat, hygiene staff, food and drinks, as well alcohol. Tickets for nearby attractions can also be purchased from the host.

Bed was good and good location

Its just a room in a large building, no reception, bar or anything. Stayed here for 3 nights, room was never cleaned, not even the bins, no change of towels and the floor was already dusty and there were dead insects on the floor. Staff doesn't speak English, communication is through translation apps.

That’s the best and comfortable hotel I have ever seen. I rarely left the reviews but I should leave this one here, because it was fascinating. Thanks to the owner and his family

Owner is very friendly and provides directions to the mountain as well as other accommodation options if needed.
