Front desk staff was helpful in answering all our questions! Great location outside of the bustle, but still extremely close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast. Beautiful spacious room!

Great breakfast, beautiful appointed rooms and location is very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel feels like a boutique hotel!

The staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The location was perfect and the breakfast included was very good. Beautiful view of the suset from the restaurant as well!

My only complaint was that the WiFi was not working in our room the first day of our stay. I spoke with an employee about it and it was fixed in 24 hours! Such great customer service!

This property had a beautiful room and bathroom. The corner windows overlooking the sunset direction (it was cloudy the entire time we stayed) were wonderful. The room was large, the bathroom was large and both were modern and comfy.

There was no lighting in the closet area. To see what I was looking for in my suitcase, I had to drag it to the lighted vanity area outside the bathroom. I mentioned this to two different staffers, but nothing was done.

The location of the property in the city of Monteverde is excellent as you can walk to everything, and the grounds are gorgeous with beautiful flowers. The room is big, the bathroom is large, and the mattresses are comfortable. We saw a beautiful sunset from the room.

When we booked through the Booking website, I chose 2 adults and 2 children, 2 beds. Apparently, it only showed 2 adults. Upon arriving, the hotel charged me for 2 more people even though I didn’t add another room (it had to do with the breakfast and tax even though this was probably our least favorite breakfast of all the hotels where we ate.) The price was quite significant and I heard them charge someone else a similar fee too. The check in and check out process took a very long time as well. When we left, they had to actually send a person to our room to check the room which took a while. Many of the rooms are on top of a hill with no parking near them, so it is quite a hike to and from your room. (Just an inconvenience.) We visited in early April, and it was pretty warm, in the 70s, and there is no AC in the room. The room was incredibly stuffy. We had to request a fan which they brought to our room. It made it much better, but I would have expected it to already be in the room given the weather. For the breakfast, they kept running out of items while we were there.
