Paola , the receptionist is very helpful, however we arrived late and there was an issue with our reservation and there was no manager available to fix the problem. The manager was not willing to speak to us over the phone and solved the problem. Very disappointed with the hotel management!

The suite was excellent. Great location and view. Downtown close by. Staff very good especially the guy at the reception with curly hair was exceptional.

Very friendly, helpful reception; good location; nice, spacious room; clean and quiet.

Breakfast - a Cappuccino from the swiss coffee machine costs extra, an omelette costs extra, little bowl of fruit (cut and kept overnight in the fridge) instead of good selection of local fruits as part of the buffet; no bread selection and only strange jam and peanut butter; pancake syrup seemed watered-down; kitchen staff standing around chatting instead of serving customers.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel within walking distance to “downtown” restaurants. The room was huge and my family of four didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Also, the breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast room was super tranquil. I’d stay again for sure.

The room did not have air conditioning, however. We were on a lower level and it was not too hot but I would imagine the higher rooms would heat up.
