Lola Lodge - Luxury Hot Tub Retreat

The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean

Dirty door handles,sticky finger prints on furniture. The outside furniture green needed jet washing. Only 2 jets on jacuzzi working .poor bed not luxury.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

The lodge was pleasantly decorated and amenities however the mattress was poor, there was no magnifying mirror and a handle missing from the main bathroom door. The hot tub could of been more discreet

As above The pub on site was awful, the food was very disappointing. There should of been a shop on site too

Lots of things not working, bathroom door and shower although they were fixed 2nd day. En suite shower thermostat broken, water too hot to use. Washing machine didn't work

The hot tub was amazing

No BBQ, which was disappointing. No oil to cook with. Broken door handle on toilet door so it wouldn't close. No welcome pack on arrival, and for the money paid, it would have been a nice gesture. This is the first lodge I've been in that I haven't received one.

Broken bathroom door handle Couldn't get the washing machine to work and there was no instructions. Lodge was quite small

Situated in very peaceful and well kept surroundings. Lodge itself was immaculate inside and furnished tastefully, extremely comfortable and relaxing. As it's in a raised position it was nice to sit outside on the decking and appreciate the scenic view in the distance.

No bathrobes provided - owner advised never have been despite it stating online they are. Recommend you take your own or extra towel for when going to/from hot tub. Hot tub was great but surrounding area outside needs a bit of care, ie weeding, removal of rubbish from previous guests.
