Cosy Dreams Lodge

The location was fine. It was away from the centre of the park and quite quiet.

We were looking forward to a visit to the spa and sauna, but the spa wasn't open. The shower in the lodge was quite small with no handrails, so my husband with mobility problems couldn't use it.

It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. It was very spacious too. Beautiful decor.

Nothing. It was perfect.

I like everything around there, people, nature, Bamburgh Castle one of the best one .

The facilitys where great the lodge was beautiful apart from the the disappointing points mentioned in what we didn't like.

Everything was fine apart from the windows on the inside the patio door and the full window all had finger prints and smear marks over them and hadn't been cleaned,also the lodge smelt very musty when we entered, the lights on the outside patio and side light where not working and couldn't see when coming home when dark which was dangerous with having a disabled person in our party,also while at badgers retreat even thou we hired the lodge for three nights we where not entitled to use the owners retreat bar and restaurant which was 50yds from our lodge and was told we where not owners,which while we had hired the lodge we should have been able to use this we had a disabled person in our party and had to drive down to the main entertainment centre which is 10mins drive.which was inconvenient which was very disappointing has we had to leave our car overnight in the car park with having a drink.

The lodge was immaculate and very accomodating for our family

Very clean, everything you need! A great layout, plenty of room for the family.

Beautiful lodge in the hear of the haven holiday park. It was clean, spacious and Tina was great for answering any questions (and reminding you to bring towels). Easy access and had everything facility wise you could need. Already looking at availability for when we can come back 😊

The cosy Dreams Lodge was beautiful, can't fault this Lodge. Everything you need, even a sound system that connects to your Bluetooth, that way, you can play your own music . Amazing Lodge.

Haggerston castle has become so big , should have more stuff up by the lodges, like a small shop, maybe a bar . Walking to the main centre & back every day is a bit of a put off with the train stopping at 5.30 & doesn't run Monday & Friday, so if you go for a meal & a drink it's a long walk back . The new star light bar isn't bad but not great, maybe get better once it's a permanent fixture.
