"A great weekend in a fab location."

Excellent , well furnished lodge. Very spacious. Set in a quiet area of the park. Lots of space outside too. The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed.

It was all good. No complaints.

The property was very spacious, modern and clean. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of the site, very quiet and relaxing. Everything we could have needed was at the lodge.

The only small thing was we weren’t able to sit out on the decking as there was a birds nest under the front of the lodge, so they kept swooping really close to us if we sat outside. Obviously it’s their home and the nature and wild life is lovely there. It just would have been nice if we could have sat outside some evenings during our stay 😊

"Amazing family break - superb comfort"

The lodge itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, it’s got everything you need for a lovely relaxing break. Lots of room for 6 adults. We take my elderly parents and they enjoy the outside space & we were lucky enough to get some sunshine. In a lovely quiet part of the park. Had an amazing weekend and will definitely be back.

Our stays are never long enough :-(

"We had a wonderful four day break, no complaints, our accommodation and Northumberland was excellent"

A very homely comfortable well equipped and clean lodge, with all the benefits and amenities of being on a large park but right on the edge in a quiet and peaceful location. Very easy to get to local attractions, such as Bamburgh, Seahouses, Lindisfarne and even Edingburgh. Brilliant communication from owner prior to visit, providing all information needed for easy check in etc.

Nothing, i would stay here again.

"Pre 80th birthday weekend"

I booked it for my dad's 80th birthday which is in June. The place was so tranquil. The lodge was beautiful inside and out. We had a great time visiting surrounding areas and was great to relax with the family back at the lodge.

I was asked for any special requests. As I won't be here for my dad's actual birthday as I'm on holiday I mentioned this in the special requests. Would've been nice for him to enter the lodge and see a card or something. But that didn't spoil our time there. Would definitely book again.

Nothing not to like, we stayed here as base for the bank holiday, perfect for visiting local attractions and also only a short drive into Scotland. So have absolutely no complaints.
