This wee place is in a wonderful, peaceful position with views out to the hills and the stunning big sky. The place is lovingly designed and is comfortable and cosy, with all you need for a few nights’ stay. David and Brettle are generous and charming hosts whose warm welcome made us feel at home straightaway. Enjoying delicious breakfasts whilst taking in the marvellous views was a tonic and is a feature for all weathers since there’s a wee table on the terrace in the morning sun, or one can enjoy the view from behind the windows which rune the whole length of the building. The bed is huge, and, or course, comfortable.

An amazing place to stay with wonderful views of grassington right in front of the river Wharfe. Location amazing too with only a 15 minute walk to grassington. It was lovely to wake up each morning with a wonderful breakfast delivered in a basket each morning . Wonderful hosts . Highly recommended. We hope to return one day .

Breakfast was perfect. A small hot pastry, or bap, and cereal choice. Delivered to the room at time requested. The view was amazing, as was the verandah, and walk down to the river where a couple of baby deer greated me each morning. I spent 1 whole afternoon, just sitting and gazing out the windows at the beautiful view. So relaxing, and only a short walk into Grassington. Highly recommended, and will visit again when I travel in the same region.

I cannot fault the accommodation at all. It was perfect and above expectation.
