Opera Premier Hotel

Schöne und grosse Zimmer, welche auch sauber sind. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls lecker.

Alles super, nur das Bett war etwas unbequem.

Ubicación cerca del night market aunque un poco más alejado de la calle principal pero es zona muy tranquila. Habitación grande con buen baño. El desayuno está bien aunque es mejorable.

Ya había visto en opiniones quejas del trato del personal. La verdad es que es el alojamiento de Tailandia y Laos en los que he estado que menos amables son excepto la hija y el abuelo. Me incluyeron en mi ropa lavada ropa que no era mía. Tuve que decirles 2 veces que me descontasen el precio de la prenda que era casi medio kilo. La TV no funcionaba. Colchón viejísimo. En un alojamiento de estas características se espera mejor colchón y no un colchón viejo con un topper encima para amortiguarlo. Entra bastante luz por las mañanas.

The big size of the room and bathroom. Furthermore, it was very clean. Free bottles of water and they changed my towels everyday.

The staff was friendly but they don't speak English so it is very hard to be understood and ask for something. I booked a day trip from the hotel brochure and the prices changed two times. Furthermore, i didn't get the good day trip (the one I had chosen) when the company came to pick me up. No fruit juices at breakfast, you have to ask for, no milk, very poor limited à la carte breakfast... Should really get improved.

Très bien situé. Chambres spacieuses, lit confortable.

Dommage que le personnel soit très désagréable.

- absutní čistota i společných prostor, voňavé ručníky, voňavé povlečení, výborné snídaně. Na hotelu skútr, lístky na autobus, vyprání prádla, dobrá poloha a pán na recepci umí česky :)

- možná trochu rušno nad ránem ( na protějším hotelu hlasité otevírání brány kolem 5:30, kohout, bubnování z chrámu), kdo má problém se spánkem, mohl by mít problém :)

Douche was na 30 sec koud Tweede ochtend van ons verblijf kregen we opeens geen ontbijt meer. Terwijl we wel goeie tijd er waren. Toilet spoelt niet door. Personeel spreek weinig tot geen engels.
