יחס מזלזל מהעובדים וקיבלנו חדר אחר מהחדר שהזמנו- חדר ישן מעין בקתת עץ שלא תאם את התמונות של החדר שהזמנו. עם הכניסה לחדר חזרנו לקבלה וביקשנו לקבל את החדר שהזמנו ולא את בקתת העץ, אך השיבו לנו שכל החדרים מלאים וזה מה יש בלי אפילו להוריד לנו את המחיר על כך שהחדר פחות טוב מהחדר שהזמנו- היה מאוד מאוד רועש שם כי הוא על הקבלה ושומעים הכל התעוררנו בשש בבוקר כמו שחשבנו שיקרה וגם שומעים ממש את הכביש ממש כל אופנוע או רכב שעובר נשמע כאילו בחדר. הבטיחו לנו שביום לאחר מכן יעבירו אותנו לחדר אחר שזהה לחדר שהזמנו, אך בהגיענו בבוקר לקבלה הופתענו לגלות שכל החדרים שלהם נמכרו (כולל החדר עץ ששהינו בו) ולא שמרו לנו חדר בכלל- נשארנו ללא מלון.
