Room was spacious and different , v. Comfy , food was really good , dinner and breakfast , staff were lovely and tried to do everything for us

Parking was v difficult , we had to order breakfast the minute we arrived the day before , and we didn’t like the choices , but they organised what we wanted , thought the organisation was a bit scatty , need to streamline breakfast , and more organised but everybody was lovely , didn’t like all the modern gadgets in room with the control boards lit up , so we had to cover the lights , rugs on floor were loose and dangerous , but a/c worked

Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable in all respects, great food with really large portions.

Excelență la Bey House Royal Hotel – Rafinament și bun gust / Lux de 5 stele și un festin culinar de nota 10+ Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Bey House Royal Hotel și pot spune cu mâna pe inimă că totul merită nota 10 cu felicitări. Dacă sunteți în căutarea unui loc unde luxul se îmbină perfect cu atenția la detalii, acesta este! Cazarea: Fiind o locație de 5 stele, standardele sunt extrem de ridicate. Camerele sunt superbe, amenajate cu o atenție incredibilă la detalii, oferind un mix perfect între confort de lux și o atmosferă primitoare. Curățenia este exemplară, iar designul boutique oferă acea notă de exclusivitate pe care o cauți la un astfel de hotel. Restaurantul & Chef-ul: Ceea ce face diferența aici este, fără îndoială, bucătăria. Experiența culinară a fost, de departe, punctul forte. Am fost impresionati de creativitatea Chef-ului, care reușește să transforme fiecare masă într-o experiență gastronomică. Mâncarea pregătită de Chef este pur și simplu o operă de artă în farfurie. Preparatele sunt nu doar delicioase, ci și prezentate spectaculos – se simte pasiunea și tehnica unui maestru în fiecare farfurie. Se vede imediat amprenta unui profesionist: ingrediente de cea mai bună calitate, texturi surprinzătoare și arome perfect echilibrate. Este locul ideal pentru cineva care apreciază gastronomia fină. Micul dejun este extrem de generos, iar cina a fost punctul culminant al fiecărei zile. Personalul: Un alt mare plus este echipa hotelului. Oameni calzi, profesioniști și extrem de amabili, care anticipează orice nevoie și fac tot posibilul ca șederea să fie fără cusur. Este o locație de nota 10 plus, pe care o recomand tuturor celor care nu vor să facă niciun compromis când vine vorba de calitate. Felicitări întregii echipe!

The room was clean & comfortable, and our rate included breakfast & dinner in their restaurant — and we thought the food was very good.

Couldn’t quite figure out the A/C, though we were happy to sleep with the windows open.
