Scaunul de wc nu era curățat. Sub colac era urină și mizerie. Chiuveta ea murdară. Le-au curățat după ce le-am arătat. Am mai fost în urmă cu 2 ani și a fost ok. Am revenit, dar am rămas dezamăgit.

The place is a hidden gem. While the whole venue is beautiful and with its unique style, the truly special thing here is the exceptional service that unfortunately is lacking in most venues in Bulgaria. The staff is always available, friendly and will take care of your needs.

Proper 5 star mini-hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Good rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Close to all museums and central roads.

Nothing factual. More a difference in taste about ornaments, but it’s subjective. Go for this Bey House, you will discover a lot of enjoyable things.

Хотелът е изключително автентичен и очарователен. Персоналът е усмихнат и много любезен, отношението към гостите на хотела е на изключително високо ниво. Храната на шеф Ивайло на вечерята в ресторанта на хотела беше повече от великолепна, закуската също беше прекрасна.

Стаята беше малко по-малка от очакваното, но компенсираше с прекрасна и голяма баня с много удобства.

Meilleur hôtel de toute notre vie ! On a eu le droit à un petit cadeau pour notre lune de miel de la part de l’équipe. Merci ❤️ La chambre magnifiquement décorée. Le personnel passionné et serviable vous donne envie de connaître l’histoire de la Bulgarie. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner juste excellent et très copieux. Nos compliments au chef cuisinier! L’espace spa était parfait nous avons passé un agréable moment de détente. Merci encore pour tout.

Престоят ни в Bey House Royal беше изключително приятен и напълно оправда очакванията ни. Обслужването е на много високо ниво персоналът е любезен, отзивчив и винаги готов да помогне. Чистотата в хотела беше безупречна, поддържана с изключително внимание към детайла. Храната също беше отлична разнообразна, вкусна и добре поднесена. Като цяло всичко ни хареса и се почувствахме наистина комфортно. Определено бихме избрали този хотел отново и го препоръчваме с две ръце.
