Всичко беше повече от чудесно! Менюто малко по-изтънчено за нашия вкус, но топ приготвяне. Особено месата бяха божествени, препоръчвам пилешкото роле и патешкото! Пробвах масаж-фантастичен, чиста терапия за душата и тялото, поздрави и похвали за масажиста-Георги! Благодарим за отношението, удобствата и почивката! Прекарахме си чудесно!

Имахме леко недоразумение при първата вечеря, но и на най -добрите се случва.

Много ни хареса целия престой! Персоналът е изключително любезен и се старае всичко да е перфектно. Парната баня беше подготвена специално за нас, което също много ни хареса.

We were not allowed to enter the hotel until 14.00hrs so not able to to say anything about the property.

We were travelling through Europe to Turkey with our dog and booked an overnight stay at the Bey House Hotel as it looked lovely and was advertised as “Pet Friendly”. We messaged the hotel to confirm that would be bringing our large dog and received the message “We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request”. We arrived at the hotel the following day at 13.15 hrs to be told by the manager that we could not enter the hotel until 14.00 hrs and that they would not accept dogs over 10kgs in weight. The manager offered a “good-will gesture” to allow our dog to stay in our room for a fee of 200 BGN (100 Euro!) or outside in the garden / terrace area, which in our opinion was unreasonable. The manager refused to compromise and said that they would not give us a refund as the booking was made less than 14 days before our arrival. As a result, we were forced to depart and find alternative accommodation…….
