Tolles, stilvolles Hotel mit royalen Flair. Sehr bequemes Bett. Super Ausstattung. Sympathischer Empfang mit Welcome Drinks. Das Abendessen im Halbpension Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Auch um das schöne türkische Bad waren wir froh, da es während unserem Aufenthalt leider die ganze Zeit geregnet hat.

This is an excellent little hotel with lots of character. The staff are all very welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful. We stayed in grand chamber Giovanna which had a pleasant living area, modern well finished bathroom and large bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel is very convenient for walking to the artisan areas of old town.It is rare to meet staff throughout any hotel with dedication to customer service and sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Parking has the potential to be difficult however hotel staff do all they can to accommodate street parking by providing tickets during daytime and identifying off street parking

Excelente hotel. Excelente quarto, muito espaçoso. Maravilhoso o atendimento do staf. Jantar incluso muito bem servido e muito bom. Maravilhosa localização. Banho maravilhoso. O banho turco maravilhoso. Pudemos agendar mesmo sem ter reservado. A recepcionista nos ajudou para estacionar o carro, sem custo adicional. Tudo maravilhoso. Ah, ficamos no quarto Maria Luiza. Amamos.

O café de manhã. Não gostei do sistema. Escolhi a opção sem saber se gostaria. Poderia ter fotografias. Ajudaria muito. Ah, no quarto embora tenha fotografia, não tinha no nosso os apetrechos (não nos disponibilizaram ao menos) para meu marido fazer a barba (não solicitei, mas como está nas fotografias da hospedagem, ficamos tranquilos e meu marido não levou e fez falta).

Room was smaller than expected. The iron didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t well maintained. Broken drain and dirty/stained tiles.

They have a wonderful terrace, the room is exactly like the picture, and the food is sensational.

​There were a couple of problems at check-in, but everything was sorted out with the help of Mr. Blavoev. I want to thank him again

Facilities are remarkable, excellent bed linen, towels, cosmetics, digital toilette seat, very stylish everything, excellent and helpful personnel. Welcome non alchoolic cocktail was very tasty.

Half Board means that at dinner you get only the food, drinks are paid separately ( extra). Not even water from tap.

De kamer was fantastisch! wij voelde ons de koning en de koningin. Wij konden parkeren voor de deur en dat werd bekostigd door het hotel, goede service! Het eten was heerlijk! Het wordt bijzonder mooi op je bord geserveerd.

We misten alleen een prullenbakje op de kamer. De wijnen vonden wij weinig keuze en jammer dat er niet meer verschillende merken wijnen waren, want Bulgarije heeft zoveel fantastische wijnen.

Very good location, a beautiful terrace, we spent here two delightful days , real special dinner and breakfast , plenty to choose from. The room is highly tech. The parking is in front of the house , very safe, and always available. Turkish baths and nice staff and very cozy.

Nothing to complain off, we had a special time in this location
