Timberwolves Manali

Wonderful stay at Timberwolves, Manali! After returning from our 4-day trek, we discovered that our booking had been cancelled because the property couldn’t process our credit card payment. They had tried reaching us, but we were completely out of network during the trek and couldn’t respond. By the time we arrived, the hotel was fully booked. But, Rahul stepped in and, along with Soumyadeep, went above and beyond to make things work ensuring we had a comfortable stay. True spirit of hospitality! Also, we stayed in a beautiful premium room with an incredible view overlooking the Jogini Waterfall. Thank you to the entire team, especially Rahul and Soumyadeep, for your kindness and warmth. It’s people like you who make a place memorable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend Timberwolves to anyone visiting Manali.

It was great stay. We loved the polite gesture of the host as they helped us with getting taxi The food at the cafe was nice and it was very peaceful Location in Manali.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and the mountain views were amazing :) Location was within walking distance from everything in Old Manali

The Location is just a quarter of a mile away from Manu temple. The scenic view was too good. Everything was neat and clean except Quilts. The food was good. Prices are okay.

The room we booked was not provided to us. However a compensation was made of Rs. 500/- as discount but the issue was not resolved. 3 rooms were booked in which only two rooms were provided and were we informed that the booking was made from booking.com and it is least reliable app. Another thing was added that the peak season is going on and booking.com does not charge the amount of booking (50% payable) so we didn't book that room. The question was again unanswered as if the third room was not booked by you why the two other rooms were provided/booked. We were so tired due to the Ladakh ride and at manali was our last stay. There was no other option left for us just to accept the 2 rooms. With disc. Of 500Rs.

The view, the view, the view. Rest environment, the property common area and cafe. At old manali the views doesn’t get any better. Best guys handling the property.

The entrance is a challenging spectacle. The ramp feels deadly wile wet or snow especially if you are in flipflops. No proper steps. Even after entrance you have to negotiate extra steps without handrails. Old people or pregnant women will find it sketchy.

Проблемы с напором воды, чистой сантехники, метели и тд. Но за такую стоимость и с такими видами это не важно. Но кого-то может отпугнуть.
