"Very good"

The place was clean and host was welcoming.

Breakfast was just for the name, will get only 1 Paratha for breakfast. There is no lift.

it was strange that chai wasn’t part of breakfast. It’s quite far to the center

The rooms were so clean and comfy.. The hotel is run by a family and everyone were so polite and nice and the manger or you can say the receptionist was so nice and easy to talk.. I as well as my family really loved the experience... I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Gangtok

Water was to be purchased...So that was bit of a problem

First of all the hotel staff are family members who run the hotel in a smooth way. The behaviour of all staff was excellent throughout the stay. The 4 rooms were found to be well clean prior to check in. They entertain our last moment wish to decorate the room. Overall excellent.
